In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "We", "Us", "Our", "boy303" — refers to the operator of the Platform, its affiliates, and authorized agents.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the boy303 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boy303 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

boy303 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect that eligibility criteria have not been met, that the information provided is inaccurate, or that the Account is being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Members may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages: prior to the first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal threshold of Rp 10.000.000 is reached within a 30-day period, or at any time at our reasonable discretion. Required documents typically include:

boy303 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which boy303 has no control. Deposits that cannot be matched to your Account within 2 hours of transfer must be reported to our support team with proof of transaction.

boy303 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where it suspects the funds originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unauthorized source, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity details on file with boy303. boy303 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified members in good standing. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, periods of high volume, or where additional verification is required.

boy303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 within a 24-hour period. In such cases, the Member may be required to provide additional documentation before the withdrawal is approved.

boy303 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, including delays arising from public holidays, system maintenance, or inter-bank clearing schedules.

boy303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing only. boy303 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

All bets placed on the boy303 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product vertical — sports betting, live casino, togel, slot gacor (high-frequency payout slots), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) streams, or any other game category. General rules applicable across all product verticals include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. boy303 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and verifiable mistake in odds, game outcome data, or technical parameters — boy303 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members, regardless of whether a payout has already been credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boy303 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform (including through the use of different identities, devices, or IP addresses).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter, including during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to boy303 promptly.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspension measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward boy303 staff or other Members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or proprietary content.

All content on the boy303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of boy303 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. boy303's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, in any calendar month, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during that same calendar month.

boy303 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable. boy303 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

boy303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with international AML record-keeping standards. Members may submit a data access or deletion request to our support team, subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply.

boy303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying active Members via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boy303 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting boy303's customer support team. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
